The "Historical South" half-day tour will take you on a journey through Georgia's past. This tour features museums dedicated to famous civil rights leaders. Atlanta is rich in history, and is the birthplace of Martin Luther King, Jr. Experience the King Center exhibits and take in historical movements that lead to freedom. Ride along Sweet Auburn Avenue to discover historic building. Learn about the Atlanta Mutual Life headquarters, which was founded by a former slave. Experience the door of no return at the Apex Museum, and hear about the ancient civilization that began in Africa.
